ORDER:
This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of the 2nd respondent in not granting permission for offering ‘chader’ to Darga Hazrath Syed Noorullah Hussaini situated at Sher Galli, Mittika Sher, Hyderabad.
Sri M.M.A.Mujeeb, learned Standing Counsel for respondent-wakf Board submits that no permission is required for offering ‘chader’. He also submits that the petitioner made representation for conducting ‘Ursu’ and the same cannot be granted as already other persons were permitted by proceedings dated 26-08-2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioner is not going to conduct any ‘Ursu’ but only wants to offer ‘chader’.
Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
