Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5.
“… to issue a Writ, or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.2 to 4 in recommending vide E4/20/2012 dated 01-12-2013 vide Lr.No.LR-Inam/1295/2012 dt.14-11-2013 which is illegal, contrary to law, arbitrary and unconstitutional and violative of Article 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India.”
