Petitioner claims that he succeeded to land to an extent of Ac.2.05 kuntas in Survey No.13/1, Penuballi village and mandal, Khammam district by way of will executed by his mother and applied for mutation of his name in the revenue records. Alleging inaction, this writ petition is filed.

Copy of the representation made to the Tahsildar -4^th respondent is enclosed as Ex.P-1. But as per procedure person seeking mutation of his name has to apply in the prescribed format through online web-portal. Apparently, petitioner has not applied in prescribed format, therefore, respondents cannot be held as negligent in deciding the issue. Writ petition merits no consideration and accordingly the same is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to apply in the prescribed form for mutation of his name in the revenue records. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
