ORDER:
Petitioner claims to be the owner and in possession of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.2.38 guntas in Sy.No.469, Ac.0.18½ guntas in Sy.No.476, and Ac.3.35 guntas in Sy.No.477 of Indharam village, Jaipur Mandal, Mancherial district. Petitioner claims to have applied for conversion of agricultural land for non-agricultural purposes on 25.03.2019 by enclosing the relevant documents and by paying requisite conversion fee. According to learned counsel for petitioner, on submission of application, relevant information is sought from the subordinate authorities and the subordinate authorities have submitted the information, but so far the 2nd respondent is not taking a decision on the application made by the petitioner and the same is illegal.
