O R D E R :
Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for respondent Corporation submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and that the writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the aforesaid submission of both the counsel, the writ
petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the
writ petition, shall stand closed.
