This writ petition is filed for the following relief:
“ … to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRI T OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of the respondents no.3 in directing the petitioner to stop the manufacturing unit and vacate the premises under the influence of the Respondent no.4 w ithout issuing any notice as illegal, arbitrary, capricious and in violation of the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondent no.1 to 3 to restrain from any kind of harassment or interference in the peaceful functioning of the petitioner unit in premises bearing H.No.8-7-160/ C/ Nr, Gouri Nagar, Old Bow enpally, Secunderabad, and to pass such other orders as this Hon’ ble Court deem fit … “
