ORDER:
This writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction on the part of respondents 2 and 3 in registering the case on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 02-02-2019 against respondent No.4.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.447 of 2019 on the file of KPHB Colony Police Station.
Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
