ORDER :
In view of the matter settled through Lok-Adalat in C.C.No.813 of 2014, nothing survives in the calendar case to continue quash proceedings. Hence, the relief became infructuous.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
