ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 439(2) read with Section
482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to relax the condition imposed by the IX Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Kukatpally at Prasanthnagar vide order dated 15.03.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.153 of 2019 in Cr.No.26 of 2019, directing the petitioner to appear before the SHO concerned on every 3rd Saturday between 11.00 AM to 3.00 PM, till filing of the charge sheet.
