]'his Criminal Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. is filecl by the petitioner, who is A.2, seeking anticipatory bail in C)rime No.69 of 2019 of Kukatpally Police Station, Ranga Rt:ddy District, registered for the oflences punisL.alrle' under Sections 406, 42O,468 and 47 I of IPC.

'l'he case of the prosecution as per the Case Diary is that, the complainant has worked as a Visiting Consulta.nt Physician at Gayathri Hospitals, V.V. Nagar, from June. 2018 to December, 2018, that on 07.01.2019 it has c rme to his notice that fake medical bills were forwar<led by the management of the said Hospital i.e., Accused persons by forging his credentials, like signature and starep in the month of November and December, 2O 18. Ilasing on the said complaint, the police registered Crime N r.69 of 2019 against the petitioner and other accuserl 1'or the aforesaid offences.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A.2 and the learned r\dditional Public Prosecutor appearing for the responcle.et State. Perused the material on record.

Learne'd counsel for the petitioner/A.2 contends that the petitioner 1S nothing to do with the alleged offences; and only for the purpose of harassing the

petitioner, he has been falsely implicated in the above crime. It is further contended that the complainant is in the habit of filing false cases against the other doctors. It is also contended that the petitioner is a reputed doctor having vast experience and only to defame him, the complainant along with the management has foisted the present false case against him. It is also contended that the petitioner is ready to abide by any of the conditions imposed by this Court and would cooperate with the investigation, if he is released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in connection with the aforesaid cr1me.

On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the relief sought in the above pe ti ti on.

By taking into consideration the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and also keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, I^am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitionet/A.2 by imposing some conditions.
