The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 03-07-2019 made in CrlP.NO.3255 of 2019 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI G RAJESHWAR RAO Advocate for the Petitioners and the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the Respondent, the Court made the following

ln view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the condition imposed by this Court while granting anticipatory bail vide order dated 03.07.201 9 in Crl.P.No.3255 of 2019, is hereby modified, directing the petitioners/A1 and 42 to report before the Station House Officer, Bomraspet Mandal Police Station, Vikarabad District, on first Saturday of every month between 10.00 AM and 5.00 PM., till completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet, whichever is earlier, instead of every Wednesday and Saturday.
