ORDER :
When the matter has come up, learned Additional
Public Prosecutor, representing the State, on instructions, submits that the police after completion of investigation filed charge sheet before the concerned Court and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in
this case.
Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous
petitions, if any pending shall stand closed.
