P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/Accused No.1 in the event of his arrest in connection with the above said Cr. No. 103 of 20'19 of P.S. lbrahimpatnam, Rachakonda District, pending enquiry and trial in the interest of^justice;

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MOHD MUZAFFER ULLAH KHAN Advocate for the Petitioner, PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, for the Respondent, the Court made the following.

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused, for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.103 of 2019 of Ibrahimpatnam Police Station, Rachakonda District, registered for the off'ences punishable under Section 498-A IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

It has been submitted by the leamed counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been shown as A-1 in Crime No.103 of 2019 and therefore he is apprehending his arrest.

It see,ns there is a matrimonial dispute between the wife and husband. ln order to save the matrimonial relation between the parties, I deem it fit to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner/accused is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Ibrahimpatnam Police Station, Rachakonda District, within a period of 10 days from the date of this order. On such sunender, the said Station House Officer sha1l release the petitioner/accused on bai1, on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000! (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties in a

like surn each to his satisfaction. On such release, the petitioner/accused shal1 report belore the said Station House Offlcer, on every Friday between 04:00 P.M. and 05.00 P.M., till the completion of investigation. The petitioner/accused shall also abide by the conditions stipulated in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C., and shall cooperate with the investigation officer in investigating the case.
