This Criminal Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. is I-rled by the petitionerlA.22 in Crime No.l15 of 2Ol9 of RGI Airport Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, seeking anticipatory bai1.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A.22 and the learned Additiona,l Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent State. Perused the material on record.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.22 that the petitioner was appointed as a Police Constable in the year 1983 and since then he has been discharging his duties to the utmost satisfaction of his superiors. It is contended that the petitioner was sent on deputation to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport asa Constable in Immigration Department, subsequently he was repatriated in the month of April, 20 18 to his parental organization i.e., West Godavari Police. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the alleged offence took place on 16.03.2019 by which period, the petitioner has already been relieved from the Immigration Department and discharging his duties at Konigerla Police Station, West Godavari District and the present crime was registered basing on the confessional statement of A.2.

In the circumstances, it is considere d that the petitioner/A.22 can be granted anticipatory bail by imposing some conditions.

In the result, the criminal petition is allowed and the petitioner/A.22 is directed to be released on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No. 1 15 of 20 19 of RGI Airport Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, on his executing a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the said Station House Officer, subject to condition that the petitioner/A.22 slnall cooperate r,r,ith the investigation and sha1l report before the said Police Station, on every alternative day between 10-00 a.m. and 5-00 p.m till completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
