JUDGMENT:
Learned counsel for the appellant filed a letter, dated 21.08.2019, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Appeal as the matter is settled out of Court.
In view of the above, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand
dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
