This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 20.04.2018 passed in W.P.No.30992 of 2010. By the said order, the order dated 24.08.2010 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.3119 of 2008 was confirmed. In accordance therewith, the petitioner had to be paid his full pension inasmuch as the punishment of 50% cut in pension permanently was set aside.
