ORDER :
Sri. Koneti Raja Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate civil law remedy, and a letter dated 17.04.2018 to that extent is also filed.
Granting the said liberty, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
