ORDER : -
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner be permitted to submit a representation to the respondent-authorities and the same may be directed to be verified by the respondents. His statement is placed on record.
In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of keeping it open to the writ petitioner to submit his representation for redressal of his grievance to the respondents herein for their consideration and the respondents are directed to dispose of the said representation, if submitted, strictly in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
