ORDER:
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that respondent Nos.4 and 5-Marri Laxman Reddy Institute of Technology has returned the subjectcertificates to the petitioner herein.
In view of the above, the cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication.
Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
