HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 3575 of 2004
ORDER :
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and, hence, the writ petition becomes infructuous.
Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the
writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
