ORDER:-
Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the Orders of the Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati, vide Rc.No.ESE02-27021/22/2018MDM-CSE, dated 23.10.2018, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive and thereby the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
