COMMON ORDER:
From the final report stated filed by the police, the writ petitions are closed as infructuous. However, future remedy left open if at all the learned Magistrate taken cognizance either from differing with police final report for any offence or from any protest petition, as the case may be.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in all
the writ petitions. No costs.
