O R D E R :
This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents in withdrawing the Red corner Notices against the petitioners, despite the written representations dated 31.03.2014 and 26.04.2014.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 5th respondent submits that no Look Out Notice is pending against the petitioner.
Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any,
pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
