WRIT PETITION No 2658 of 2018
ORDER:
On the instructions obtained from the Inspector of Police, Nandyal III Town Police Station, Kurnool District, the learned Government Pleader submitted that after completing the investigation, police filed charge sheet on 06.02.2018 on the file of the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nandyal and CC number is awaited.
- In view of the above nothing further survives in the present Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly closed.
- As a sequel there to, miscellaneous application, pending if any, shall stand closed.
