ORDER:
This writ petition is filed to declare the in-action of the respondents in taking action on the representations of the petitioner dated 28-11-2015 and 20-05-2017 made seeking to conduct elections to Ceylon & India General Mission Church, Hindupuram, Ananthapuram District, as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of resolution passed by the earlier Committee and By-laws of the Church and consequently direct the respondents to consider the said representations and pass appropriate orders thereon in the interest of justice.
