Smt.K.Udaya Sri, learned counsel for the petitioners in these two cases, addressed individual letters dated 01.10.2018 seeking leave to withdraw these writ petitions as the petitioners addressed letters dated 30.09.2018 to her stating that their cases have been considered and that they wish to withdraw the writ petitions.
Leave is accordingly granted.
The writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Pending
miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to
costs.
