The present writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in according permission to the fifth respondent for running Bar & Restaurant by proceedings, dated 17.06.2017.
The said licence was issued for a period of one year and the period of licence is coming to an end. In view of the same, the writ petition has become infructuous .
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition
shall stand closed.
