The writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus to declare the action of the first respondent in interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the second respondent pending in O.P.No. 73 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Family Court, Secunderabad, as illegal, arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the first respondent not to interfere with the dispute and to pass other suitable orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
