ORDER:
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition since a civil suit is already filed wherein the subject matter of the present writ petition is being agitated therein.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
