JUDGMENT : (per Hon’ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar)
Sri Ch.Venkat Raman, learned counsel for the appellant, addressed letter dated 01.11.2018 to the Registry stating that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the case and instructed him to withdraw the matter.
The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to
costs.
