“ From a perusal of the material available on record, it is clear that initially notification for election to the Bar Councils for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh came to be issued separately on 16.05.2018. No objection was raised bythe petitioner, who claims to be an advocate practicing since '1 998. Pursuant to the notification dated 16.05.2018, elections to both the Bar Councils were held on 29.06.2018 and about 50 members ie. 25 members to each of the Bar Council came to be elected. Even after the results were declared electing 25 members to each of the State Bar Council, the petitioner never raised any objection. Subsequently on 12.11.2018, the Bar Council of lndia issued an election schedule, for election to the post of Chairman and Vice Chairman in the state of Telangana and for the posts of Chairman, Vice Chairman and Member Representative to the Bar Council of lndia in the State of Andhra Pradesh, fixing the schedule, nomination, election and declaration of result. A day before the said election ie., on 22.11.2018, the present writ petition came to be filed questioning the same.
