ORDER:
On 15.11.2018, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there was no representation for petitioner and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Today, though the matter is listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’, there is no representation for petitioner.
Hence, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-
prosecution.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending,
shall stand closed.
