JUDGMENT:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellants submits that he has no instructions from the appellants.
It is a second appeal of the year, 1998.
Under these circumstances, it appears that the appellants have no
interest to pursue the matter.
Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default with costs.
The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
