Heard and perused the record.
Vide order dated 21.08.2018, the appeal was referred to Lok Adalat. On 08.09.2018, the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat and an Award was passed by the Lok Adalat. The Lok Adalat Award is placed before this Court and the same is taken on record. In view of the same, this appeal is disposed of, in terms of the Award, dated 08.09.2018, passed by the Lok Adalat. No costs.
