ORDER :
When the learned counsel for the respondent pointed out that the 1st petitioner in this CRP has already filed CRP.No.6208/2017 against the same order impugned in this CRP, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw the CRP.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as
withdrawn. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any,
pending in the Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
