Aggrieved by the dismissal of an application for impleading third parties in a suit filed by the 1st respondent/ plaintiff, the defendants 1 to 4 in the suit have come up with the above revision.

If different parties fight a litigation over the same properties in different Courts, the petitioners have to take recourse to some other remedy and not to file an application for impleadment. Hence, the revision is dismissed. The applications, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed. No costs.
