Since the suit in O.S.No.209 of 2007 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Bheemunipatnam, was disposed of on 21.12.2017, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision.
Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand dismissed.
