ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the cause in the criminal revision case no more survives for further adjudication and made an endorsement to that effect.
Recording his submission, this criminal revision case is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
