ORDER:
When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition and to that effect he made an endorsement.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

stand closed.
