ORDER :
Sri T.Rajasekhar, learned counsel for petitioner would submit that petitioner died and as such this Criminal Revision Case has become infructuous and requested the Court to close the matter.
Recording the above submission, this Criminal Revision
Case is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any,
shall stand closed.
