ORDER:
This criminal petition is filed for quash of the proceedings in Cr.No.330 of 2013, against the petitioner, on the file of the Station House Officer, Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Ranga Reddy District. The offences alleged are under Sections 420 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 156(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
The criminal petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
