ORDER:
The Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by petitioner/ accused seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.493 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Anaparthi, East Godavari District.
Heard both sides.
All the defences of the petitioner are left open including to file an application under Section 251 Cr.P.C. before the learned Magistrate as per the expression of the Apex Court in Bhushan Kumar and another v. State (NCT of Delhi)1
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
