ORDER:
This petition is filed, by the petitioners, seeking for quash of the proceedings against them in Crime No.37 of 2013 on the file of Nandyal I Town Police Station, Nandyal, Kurnool District. The offences alleged are under Sections 323, 498A, 506 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
