This Criminal Petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatary bail to the petitioner, who is accused No.4, in Crime No.151 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Prathipadu Police Station, East Godavari District. The offences alleged are under Sections 465, 468 and 469 of l.P.C. and Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Iearned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State, and^perused the record.

A perusal of the report, lodged against the petitioner along with other accused, does not show that any specific allegations are made against this petitioner. The case was registered based on a Court referred complaint. Further, it appears that there are certain property disputes between the parties.

Hence, considering the above, this Coult is inclined to grant anticipatory l bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Crimirral Petition is allowed and the petitioner/accused No.4 is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Prathipadu Police Station, East Godavari District, within 15 days from the date of this order. On such surrender, the petitioner/accused No.4 shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,0001 (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the said Station House Officer. Further, on such release, the^{petitioner/accused} No.4 shall abide by the conditions mentioned under Section a38(2) Cr.P.C., as under:

1. The petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

The petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him/her from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer; and
