This CriminaI Petition is fited seeking for grant of anticipatory bait to the petitioners, who are accused Nos.5, 11 &'1 3, in Crime No.294 of 2017 on the fite of the Station House Officer, Arundatpet Potice Station, Guntur District.

The offences atteged are under Sections 420, 408, 409, 1208 rlw 34 IPC and Sections 79(1)(f) and 79A (1)(c)(2) of the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies Acl, 1964.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Pubtic Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State, and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that accused Nos.2, 7, 9, 18 & 19 in the subject crime are granted anticipatory bait by this Court v'ide order in CrL.P.No.9655 of 2017 dated 03.01.2018f,fhe petitioners herein also stand on the same footing.

Hence, in the tight of the above, this Court is inctined to grant anticipatory baiI to the petitioners/accused Nos.5, 11 & 1 3. Accordingty, the Crim'inaI Petition is attowed and the petitioners/accused Nos.5, 11 & 13 are directed to surrender

before the Station House Officer, Arundatpet Police Station, Guntur District, within fifteen (15) days from the date of this order. On such surrender, the petitioners/accused Nos.5, 11 & 13 shatt be reteased on bait on their executing a^personal bond for a sum of Rs.'l 0,000/-^(Rupees ten thousand onty) each with two sureties for a tike sum each to the satisfaction of the aforesaid Station House Officer. Further, on such retease, the petitioners/accused Nos.5, 11 & 13 shatt abide by the conditions mentioned under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. as under:
