ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the cause with which the present criminal petition is filed does not survive for adjudication.
In the light of the above, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
