ORDER:
The counsel for the petitioner filed a letter, dated 25.09.2018, in the Registry stating that he was instructed by his client to withdraw the petition and hence, he seeks to post the matter for withdrawal.
Permission, as sought for, is accorded.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as
withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending,
