ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition in view of the compromise entered between the parties.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim stay granted by this court in Crl.P.M.P.No.15647 of 2011, dated 26.12.2011, shall stand
vacated.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending,
shall stand closed.
