ORDER:
Ms.T. Dhana Lakshmi, counsel, representing the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Criminal Petition is filed seeking quash of the proceedings at the crime stage. Now, they have instructions from the petitioners that the Criminal Petition be withdrawn seeking liberty to file a fresh petition after the charge sheet is filed.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedies as per law after charge sheet is filed.
Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
