ORDER:
This petition is filed, by the petitioners, seeking for quash of the proceedings against them in C.C.No.309 of 2013 on the file of the court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Banswada, Nizamabad District. The offences alleged are under Sections 498A, 323 and 506 IPC.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
